Procedure documentationManaging Outstanding Transport Orders

If a transport order does not contain either a pick-up time or a target time, the system considers this to be an outstanding transport order.

In the lower left area of the Dispatcher work station, the system will display the following outstanding transport orders:

  • Return transports which are not yet completed and were automatically created when the appointment was scheduled (in the user exit SAPLN1F3_003 – SAPLN1F3_003 - Configuration Options – Creating Transport Orders)

  • Transport-Relevant Requests

If a request contains a transport type and transport service OU, it is transport-relevant.

  • Results of the Quick Search
