You can create initial, return, further transports using the context menu in all three areas of the Dispatcher work station.

Procedure

  1. You select a transport order.

  2. You use the right mouse button to call a context menu.

  3. In this context menu, you select whether you wish to create an initial, return, or further transport.

  4. The system will call the Manually Enter Transport Order function.

    Note Note

    If you have selected an initial or further transport and wish to create a return transport, the system will perform the following checks and actions:

    End of the note.

    • If a target appointment is entered in the selected appointment, and a return transport already exists for this appointment, the system will call the function for manually entering transport orders for the determined return transport. Change the necessary data.

    • If the system cannot determine an existing return transport, it will call the function for manually entering transport orders . Enter the required data.
