Quick Search
If you use the quick search to find transport orders and requests or patients, you can efficiently reduce the amount of data displayed in the Scheduled Transports
and Outstanding Transport Orders
areas, without exiting the dispatcher work station.
You enter the desired search criteria in the following entry fields:
From OU
To OU
Patient
Checkboxes: Initial/Return/Further Transport
Caution
The system administrator can use screen modification to prevent the dispatcher's access to the occupancy of the OU. The entry fields will then not be available to the dispatcher.

Choose
(Find
).
The system will re-select the data in the Scheduled Transports
and Outstanding Transport Orders
areas according to the criteria you entered.
With your entries in the From OU
and Patient
fields, you can control the various results of the quick search.
You enter only the From OU
,
and the entered OU has the Nursing Assignment
indicator set, but not the Outpatient Visit
indicator:
You will receive an overview of the occupancy in this OU on the current day.
and the entered OU does not have the Nursing Assignment
indicator set, but the Outpatient Visit
indicator is set:
You will receive an overview of all outpatient visits in this OU on the current day, which have not been canceled.
and the entered OU has both the Nursing Assignment
and the Outpatient Visit
indicators set:
You will receive an overview of a union of the data determined in the two points mentioned above.
You enter the From OU
and the Patient
:
The system will use the process described under You enter only the From OU
and then restrict the determined data according to the patient.
You enter only the Patient
:
The system will perform a patient search.
If you wish to delete the entries in the quick search fields and refresh the data, you use
(Reset
). If you do not use
(Reset
), the system will delete the entries in the quick search fields depending on the User Parameter N1FDSEA after a function has been executed, or the values entered will be retained.
