Using SAPUI5 technology, this landing page is a web-based UI for HR professionals offering a single point of access to employee and organizational master data. To speed up data access, we recommend enabling the shared memory in LPD_CUST. The landing page has two main views:

  • Lane: Gives an overview of the critical information relevant for the user at any given instance, for example, in the lane, the user can view all ongoing discussions, pending tasks, and his or her favorites.

  • Expanded lane: Displays all of the objects that a user can process, for example, in the Organization lane, all organizations defined as favorites are displayed, or in the Analytics lane all of the reports that the user can run are displayed.
