Complementary Information

The EXPIRATION_ALERT notifications include the following complementary information about the original event:

serviceProvider	The service provider of the subscriber account
subscriberAccountCode	The code of the subscriber account
balanceType	Is "prepaid"
balanceCode	The code name of the balance for which an amount alert has been triggered
alertMsg	The code of the alert as set in the expiration alert configured in the prepaid account
alertState	The state related to the alert
alertChangeDate	The date when the state change occurs
alertDayCount	Defines when the alert is triggered around the change date

Detailed Information

The SAP CC system sends an EXPIRATION_ALERT notification when an expiration alert of a prepaid account is triggered in a subscriber account. This notification can be thrown during the charging process or the activation process.

Note

When SAP Convergent Charging is connected to SAP CRM or SAP ERP/FI-CA of the SAP Business Suite, SAP CC publishes these business notifications via the JCo/RFC technical interface.

The default integration propagates the EXPIRATION_ALERT notifications to these SAP components.
