The AMOUNT_ALERT notifications include the following complementary information about the original event:

The SAP CC Core Server system sends an AMOUNT_ALERT notification when an amount alert is triggered i.e. when the balance of a charged
prepaid account (or a credit limit balance) has its amount
becoming smaller than the amount alert threshold set in the prepaid account of the
end customer.
The business notification includes:
subscriberAccountCode key.
alertMsg key.
This alert code is configured in the prepaid account (or the credit limit balance)
of the end customer.
Note
When SAP Convergent Charging is connected to SAP CRM or SAP ERP/FI-CA of the SAP Business Suite, SAP CC publishes these business notifications via the JCo/RFC technical interface.
The default integration propagates the AMOUNT_ALERT notifications to these SAP components.
