System: Installations
Definition
This group includes all the general system parameters and indicators.
Viewing and Monitoring Indicators
You can retrieve the runtime values of the following indicators in your SAP CC system:

| HARDWARE_KEY | The hardware key |
| HOSTNAME | The name of the machine hosting the instance of the SAP CC system |
| INSTALLATION_NO | The installation number in license |
| INSTALLATION_PATH | The installation path of the current instance in the SAP CC system |
| INSTANCE_ID | The unique identifier of the current instance in its SAP CC system. The ID includes the type of the instance and a digit number. |
| INSTANCE_NAME | The long name of the instance in the SAP CC system. It includes the instance ID and the host name. |
| SAP_INSTANCE_NAME | The SAP instance name in the host |
| SAP_INSTANCE_NUMBER | The SAP instance number (00-97) of the SAP CC instance in its host |
| SYSTEM_NO | The SAP system number in the license |
| TRX_NAME | The product name of the SAP CC system |
| VERSION | The version number of the instance in the SAP CC system |

getcommand of the SAP CC Admin+ user interface to retrieve the indicator values manually. - Implement and use SAP Solution Manager in combination with the Introscope technology to improve your experience. SAP delivers a customized version CA Introscope for SAP for an efficient technical monitoring of the SAP CC systems. Refer to the SAP CC Operations Guide documentation for more information about the technical and performance monitoring.
Setting Up System Parameters
You can set up the following system parameters that are available for different instance types in the running SAP CC Core Server system.
