Send Receipt as Email
Note:
The POS Client itself is not able to send emails. After the email address is entered, the POS Client provides the email address exclusively for further processing via an external email server.
The POS Client allows digital receipts to be created instead of printing them on paper.
- Depending on the POS Client configuration, you are asked whether the customer wants a digital receipt at the end of payment. If this is the case, enter the customer's email address and confirm.
Upon completion of the payment process, the customer receives an email at the specified address.
Alternatively, the customer can simply scan a QR code and download the digital receipt with their smartphone.
