Function Pack Property Maintenance – Use Cases

This function is accessed via the sidebar menu. It allows function properties of a function pack to be changed per tenant.

Maintain Properties

  1. Start Employee Hub.
  2. Go to Employee Hub Service Functions > Function Pack Property Maintenance. A list of all function packs appears.

  3. Select the function pack for which you want to change the property.

    An overview of available properties of the selected function pack appears:

  4. Change the value directly in the table.

    A label is shown after the change has been made. The Save button is enabled.

  5. Save the changes by pressing the Save button.

Check Property Status

  1. Start Employee Hub.
  2. Go to Employee Hub Service Functions > Function Pack Property Maintenance. A list of all function packs appears.
  3. Select the respective function pack.
  4. You can see an overview of existing properties.

    Changed properties are marked with the label Modified:

    Changed properties that have not been saved have the label Not Saved:

Reset Change

  1. Start Employee Hub.
  2. Go to Employee Hub Service Functions > Function Pack Property Maintenance. A list of all function packs appears.
  3. Select the respective function pack.
  4. In the overview of existing properties, select the property for which the value should be reset. The default value is shown in the Default column.
  5. Press the button "Reset to default":

  6. Save the changes using the Save button.
Note:

If there are no properties for a function pack, a message will be shown when the package is selected.

Use the "Refresh" button to refresh the view if the function-pack-descriptor.json has been updated in the meantime.
