Processing a Manual Price Plan When you process manual price plans in the
Price Planning Workbench
(PPW)
, you specify article-related data.
You have created a manual price plan.
For more information, see Creating a Manual Price Plan .
You can explicitly assign an organization set that you have defined in the header data of the price plan to article items.
For more information about organization sets, see Organization Set .
In the work area, you can change prices for articles and organizational levels. Functional integration means that the same change options exist here as for the sales price calculation, for example, the direct entry of new prices, percentage or absolute price changes, and price point group changes.
For more information about processing options, see Work Area .
You can change the markdown reason that is defaulted based on the price planning type.
Note
For price changes and changes to the markdown reason, you can make mass changes for article items.
You can convert a manual price plan to a promotion price plan. A dialog box appears in which you can change the price planning type and the validity period for the promotion price plan.
If you used more than one organization set for the manual price plan, the system issues a confirmation prompt before performing the conversion. You can specify that the system combines the organization sets for the manual price plan into one organization set. This is not possible for purely organizational price list organization sets, which only contain price lists.
You can perform mass price changes and mass assignments of organization sets. For more information see Performing Mass Assignment of Organization Sets and Performing Mass Price Changes .
