Performing Mass Price Changes

Use

The new function for mass price changes modifies the prices of all articles of the price plan which have been assigned an organization set, and then immediately saves the price plan.

You can only use the function if there are no price plans in change mode.

Prerequisites

For more information on the required Customizing settings, see Mass Assignments of Organization Sets with Manual Price Plans .

Procedure

  1. Choose Logistics -> Retailing -> Master Data -> Price Planning -> Price Plans -> Edit .

  2. Select the pushbutton Select price plans and, in the tree display of the price plans, select the price plan for which you want to start the mass price change.

  3. Select this price plan (and only this price plan).

  4. Choose the pushbutton Editing functions and then Mass Price Change. .

  5. A selection window for the mass price change appears. Choose the price change type to be performed and then Execute .

  6. Choose the pushbutton Editing functions and then Release Price Plan .

  7. As soon as the function has been completed, a message saying that the system is saving price plan <price plan number> appears.
