The Display tab in transaction PPAT enables you to display proposal pool analysis data.
The Generate tab in transaction PPAT has been used to generate proposal pool analysis data.
Your translator profile in transaction LXE_MASTER includes authorization object PPAT ( Display Delete and Generate Proposal Pool Data) with value 01, 02, 03 or 04 for the target languages whose PPAT data you want to display.
If your translator profile includes authorization object PPAT with value 01, you are only allowed to display your own PPAT data and the PPAT data of every other translator in the same translator team.
If your translator profile includes authorization object PPAT with value 02, 03 or 04, you can display all PPAT data for your target languages.
Call transaction PPAT.
On the Display tab, all of the PPAT jobs are listed for the target languages that you coordinate.
If you want to shorten the list of PPAT jobs on the Display tab, by filtering out jobs you do not want to display, maintain the selection options in the Job Selection (Filter) group box as follows:
To restrict the listed PPAT jobs to specific language pairs, choose All Pairs and enter the languages you require in the Select Language Pairs dialog box.
An asterisk * stands for all languages.
If a PPAT generation job was started to create data for several combinations of source and target language at once, the resulting PPAT jobs all have the same job ID. To restrict the listed PPAT jobs to specific job IDs, choose All Jobs and select the job IDs that you require in the Select Jobs dialog box.
If the status of a PPAT job is X, it means the system has finished generating the data and you can now display it, even if the PPAT generation job is still running for other language combinations with the same job ID. You can use the Refresh Display function to update the status of all PPAT jobs. You can also use the input help function in the Status column to display a list of all statuses and their descriptions.
To restrict the listed PPAT jobs to specific PPAT types, use the input help for the Type field to select a particular PPAT type.
If necessary, select the Show Domains checkbox in the Display Options group box.
If you do not select the Show Domains checkbox, domain-specific PPAT data is not displayed. For example, you can see that the enUS to ptBR proposal pool contains 776 domain standards with status A, but you cannot see the domains to which they belong.
Selecting the Show Domains checkbox enables you to drill down to domain-specific PPAT data. For example, you can see that the enUS to ptBR proposal pool contains 776 domain standards with status A and that 73 of them belong to domain BC (Basis).
Select a PPAT job.
Choose Display.
The figure in the Number of Proposals field tells you the number of proposals for which PPAT data has been generated. This number includes all proposals, including those that have been deleted. If the status of a PPAT job is X and the figure in the Number of Proposals field is still 0, it means that no PPAT data could be generated for this combination of source and target language.
PPAT data is displayed on the Display Data screen using the SAP List Viewe r. The columns on the Display Data screen provide information on the following:
Proposals with quality status A, S, B, X
Totals
Deleted proposals
If you choose Percentage (by proposal type), 100% is displayed in the cells in the Total (%) column. The percentages in all other cells are relative to the 100% total in the same row.
If you choose Percentage (by quality status), 100% is displayed in the cells in the top row. The percentages in all other cells are relative to the 100% total in the same column.
