The Delete tab in transaction PPAT enables you to delete proposal pool analysis data.
All PPAT data is deleted automatically after three years.
The Generate tab in transaction PPAT has been used to generate proposal pool analysis data.
Your translator profile in transaction LXE_MASTER includes authorization object PPAT ( Display Delete and Generate Proposal Pool Data) with value 03 or 04 for the target languages whose PPAT data you want to delete.
Call transaction PPAT.
Select the Delete tab.
All of the PPAT jobs are listed for the target languages that you coordinate.
If you want to shorten the list of PPAT jobs on the Delete tab, by filtering out jobs you do not want to delete, maintain the selection options in the Job Selection (Filter) group box as follows:
To restrict the listed PPAT jobs to specific language pairs, choose All Pairs and enter the languages you require in the Select Language Pairs dialog box. Note that an asterisk * stands for all languages.
If a PPAT generation job was started to create data for several combinations of source and target language at once, the resulting PPAT jobs all have the same job ID. To restrict the listed PPAT jobs to specific job IDs, choose All Jobs and select the job IDs that you require in the Select Jobs dialog box.
To restrict the listed PPAT jobs to specific PPAT types, use the input help for the Type field to select a particular PPAT type.
Select the PPAT jobs you want to delete.
Choose Delete.
The quickest way to delete multiple jobs is to restrict the listed PPAT jobs to just those you want to delete, select them all, and choose Delete.
For example, to delete all PPAT jobs with job ID 1, complete the following steps:
Choose All Jobs.
The Select Jobs dialog box appears.
Restrict the selected jobs to job ID 1 and choose Execute.
You return to the Delete tab. Only PPAT jobs with job ID 1 are listed.
Choose Select All.
Choose Delete.
The selected PPAT jobs are deleted.
