Using IT Perfomance Reporting
IT Performance Reporting displays the development of the most important monitoring data in your monitored systems, through time, centrally, to identify potential problems early, and give an overview of the load and performance of your systems.
The reports contain various periods, from the current day to the previous year, so you can see both the current, and the long-term development of the performance values. The values for each period are displayed in the appropriate level of detail.
IT Performance Reporting is in the Solution Manager System Monitoring work center.
You have set-up IT Performance Reporting (see Set-Up IT Performance Reporting).
To call IT Performance Reporting, choose System Status or Proactive Monitoring in the System Monitoring work center navigation toolbar, and then IT Performance Reporting.
Note
If you selected a system from the list at the start of IT Performance Reporting, it is already selected in the report called by this system.
The following ten reports are displayed in a new window, grouped by the subject areas Availability, Performance and Resources:

The period determines the time scale; e.g. the performance values are displayed per day for the period Last Week. |
System ID |

All systems for which there are performance values in BI, are listed. There may still be no data for a particular report or period. In this case the system outputs No Data. End of the note. |
There is an area below the toolbar in which you can filter the data. The filter criteria vary between reports, but two are in several reports:
Instances
The displayed performance values refer to all instances in the selected system, by default. All instances for which there are values are listed in the filter area. To restrict the values displayed to specified instances, select the instances in the filter area.
Instance type
You can restrict the performance values displayed by Instance Type ABAP or Java in various reports. Choose the corresponding radio button in the filter area.
