 Training Data for Maintenance Orders

Use

The entering and editing of training data for any kind of maintenance order (except for flights) and the derivation of qualifications is largely similar to the corresponding functions for flights . For information about the deviations, see the following.

Prerequisites

Under Training Data and Qualifications , you have familiarized yourself with the entry and editing of training data for flights .

Features

As opposed to editing training data for flights, use the functions described in the following to edit training data for maintenance orders (except flights).

Personnel and Training Program Assignment

In the following applications, you have enhancements available for the assignment of training programs and persons to all maintenance orders (except flights):

  • Create Order (transaction IW31)

  • Change Order (transaction IW32)

  • Display Order (transaction IW33)

As a deviation, use the Partner tab page to assign persons to an order and use the Training Program pushbutton to assign the required training programs to these persons.

Entering and Approving Training Activities

You have the following applications available for entering and approving training activities for all maintenance orders (except flights):

  • Confirmation for Order Training Program (transaction /ISDFPS/PMTR5)

  • Approval for Order Training Program (transaction /ISDFPS/PMTR6)

  • Confirmation and Approval for Order Training Program (transaction /ISDFPS/PMTR7)
