Personnel and Training Program Assignment

Use

You assign the required persons as partners to a flight by partner role. You assign the required training program to these persons.

Integration

The functions for assigning persons and training programs are available in the applications for editing flights (for example, the Change Flight application, transaction /ISDFPS/LMFL02).

Prerequisites

You have familiarized yourself with the applications for changing Flights .

You have defined partner roles and training programs in Customizing (for more information, see Overview: Customizing and Assignments ).

In Customizing under Start of the navigation path Defense Forces & Public Security Next navigation step Personnel Training Partner Define Interface Texts for Partners End of the navigation path , you have specified which terms you want to use as interface texts for the assigned personnel (partners).

If necessary, you have defined your own authorization checks for assigning partners to flights in Customizing under Start of the navigation path Defense Forces & Public Security Next navigation step Personnel Training Checks BAdI: Define Checks for Personnel End of the navigation path .

Features

You make the following assignments to enable you to create training activities for flights:

Assignment of persons as partners to flight

You can then create training activities for these persons. You also, however, have the options of assigning additional personnel at a later point in time when creating training activities.
Assignment of training programs to persons and definition of target values

You can then create training activities for this training program for each person and compare them to defined target values. You can also assign additional training programs at a later point in time when creating training activities (but without target values).

Activities

Choose an application for changing flights.
Select the required flight.
Assign the required persons as partners to the flight using the relevant pushbutton.
1. Choose the Crew pushbutton.
  
  The partner roles that are permitted for the flight are displayed in accordance with your partner role Customizing settings.
2. Select the required partner role and assign a person as a partner by choosing the Create New Entry pushbutton.
Assign the required training programs to the persons using the corresponding pushbutton, and define the target values.
1. Choose the Training Program pushbutton.
  
  The assigned persons are displayed.
2. Mark the required person and assign a training program by choosing the Create New Entry pushbutton. Enter the date by which the training program should be completed. Note that the training date must be during the period of the flight.
3. Enter a target value as a required training activity.
Then save the flight.
Repeat this procedure for additional assignments if necessary.

You can now enter the completed training activities of the assigned persons.
