 Force Provider Switch

Use

This workflow is triggered by a follow-up action during the status change if you have changed the force provider of an active operational/exercise relationship for a force element. This change can be carried out in the following ways:

  • Changing the existing active relationship directly.

  • Changing it indirectly by creating a new relationship with a new force provider that delimits an already existing active relationship.

The work item informs the agent responsible of the current and new force providers for the force element concerned so that he or she can make any changes required.

Prerequisites

You are familiar with the operational/exercise relationships of force elements.

For general information about user assignment, see Agent Determination .

  • TS11200191 MMTS_RespLOP MM: LO Planning Mgr - User Determination

Assign this task to the possible force elements indirectly using a position. This is the only way to ensure that the relevant persons are found during user determination for these force elements.

  • TS11200192 MMCL LO Planning Mgr - Clearing Persons

Assign the responsible positions to the clearing task directly using the user assignment for the task.

Additional Technical Information About the Workflow

All event parameters are optional. If, however, the force element is entered for the old or new force provider, its start and end date should also be filled.
