System Administration The
Defense Forces & Public Security
component provides a number of functions for simplifying administration, which, in particular, supplement the standard monitoring and distribution functions.
The following functions are available:
Synchronization mechanisms initiate the data synchronization process, monitor the connection, and control auto-reactions to interruptions in the connection.
To ensure that data is consistent in a distributed system landscape, data exchange between the systems must be controlled under a wide range of conditions.
You can use ALE Status Monitoring to monitor the processing status of IDocs in the ALE inbound and outbound system and process IDocs manually. To fulfill the particular requirements of a distributed system landscape, the function provides a filter that is upstream of the ALE standard status monitor.
You can monitor several systems at once using the tools in the Computing Center Management System (CCMS). Data collection, analysis, and auto-reaction methods for controlling and configuring the systems are also available.
Number ranges can be monitored centrally and across all systems.
You can control the process of importing software logistics transports .
