 Business Entities

Definition

Assignment of business entities to a force element.

Use

You can assign business entities to a force element directly for information purposes (multiple assignments are possible). When you do this, real estate contracts are not generated and the use of business entities for other purposes is not prevented.

You can select one business entity only as the main business entity for a given point in time. The addresses for this business entity can be passed on to the force element; see Address Creation and Assignment .

Structure

You can access the following fields using the Business Entities tab page in the Structures Workbench (transaction /ISDFPS/INFRA1):

  • Business Entity / Business Entity Name

    Assigned business entity.

  • Company Code

    Company code of the assigned business entity.

  • Main Business Entity

    Identifies an assigned business entity as the main business entity.

  • Start Date / End Date

    Validity period of assignment.

  • Status

    Status of the assignment. See also Status Networks . You can change the assignment status by choosing this pushbutton.

  • Comment

    You can create your own text for the assignment.

Storage

These assignments are stored in tables of the FORCER framework .

Integration

  • You can display details for an assigned business entity by choosing the required object in the selection area.

  • You can display assignments of business entities to force elements using the RE Navigator application (transaction RE80). The Defense Forces & Public Security component enhances this application to include the object type-specific overview DFPS_BE_SE using the Customizing settings of Flexible Real Estate Management with the BC Set /ISDFPS/BC_RE_RE80_OVERVIEWS.

  • A report is available for evaluating assignments of business entities to force elements.
