Dispersal of a Force Element You disperse an active force element when the organizational unit it represents no longer exists in your organization as of a specific point in time.
You can disperse either an individual force element or, starting from a force element, a (sub)structure. In both cases, the system triggers or carries out the following actions automatically:
The force element is delimited.
If the entire structure is delimited, the lower-level force elements are also delimited.
The relationships between the force elements involved are delimited.
The relationships with positions (authorized personnel) are delimited. In the human resources management system, the relationships with the person can then be adjusted accordingly.
The checks and follow-up actions defined in Customizing are triggered, for example:
Delimitation of the authorized materials, logistical requirements, and assigned reportable item codes
Delimitation of the support relationships and therefore trigger of the workflows for changed support relationships
Delimitation of the cost centers
Cost center lock for postings
