 Logistics Work Centers for Force Elements/Positions

Use

You can display an organizational structure as an overview, starting from a selected force element and including the following assignments:

  • Logistics work centers to force element

  • Logistics work centers to HR work center of a position

You can also create and edit logistics work centers, as well as edit the assignments of logistics and HR work centers.

Integration

Additional functions are available for editing logistics work centers after a structure has been copied. For more information, see Assign Logistics Work Centers After Copy Operation .

Prerequisites

You are familiar with the assignments of logistics work centers to force elements and positions.

Features

You have the following selection criteria available:

The system displays the assignments of logistics work centers to force elements and HR work centers in the result display .

The following functions are available for editing work centers and assignments:

  • You can start the application for creating logistics work centers (transaction IR01) and create new logistics work centers.

  • For a selected logistics work center, you can start the corresponding display (transaction IR03) or edit (transaction IR02) application.

  • You can make the following assignments :

    • You can assign a logistics work center to a selected force element.

    • You can assign an HR work center to a selected position.

    • You can assign a logistics work center to a selected HR work center.

  • You can reassign a selected HR or logistics work center. The system delimits the existing assignment and automatically creates the required new assignment. The object type of the new higher-level object must correspond to that of the previous higher-level object.

  • You can delimit or delete existing assignments of work centers as long as the status permits this.

Activities

  1. Choose the Logistics Work Centers for Force Elements/Positions application (transaction /ISDFPS/DISP_STR_LWC).

  2. Enter the required selection values.

  3. Choose Execute.

  4. Select the desired object and choose the editing function you require.
