Field Assignments
The field assignments are used to define the way in which the data is to be converted.
You do not necessarily have to carry out any of the following steps. Also, you do not have to strictly keep to the order in which they are listed.
You can display information on a specific field.
You specify the conversion rule to be used to convert a source field into the corresponding SAP field. For this, you can use predefined conversion rules or create your own field assignments in the editor.
You can copy reusable rules if appropriate field assignments have been defined for another project already.
4. Suppressing Data Records, Creating Additional Data Records
You can create structure-related rules, suppress the data records, or create additional data records.
You can create global data if you need table contents from the SAP system and/or variables for the field assignments.
7. Generating the Conversion Program.
You generate the conversion program.
The field assignments for data conversion have been defined, and the conversion program has been generated.
