Portfolio Structure
This function enables you to view the buckets within a standard portfolio hierarchy or an alternative classification hierarchy. The buckets you can see depend on the portfolio, classification hierarchy, or bucket that you choose as the top level for display. You can see this top level displayed
above the dashboard. To change the portfolio, classification hierarchy, or bucket, you can choose the Switch Portfolio
or the Switch Hierarchy/Bucket
pushbuttons.
To navigate to this function, choose

Features
List of Buckets
You can view the list of buckets within the portfolio, classification hierarchy, or bucket.
You can open the
Bucket Details
screen by choosing theBucket Name
link.If you have selected a row, you can view the dashboards for items and initiatives attached to the bucket by choosing the
Items/Initiatives
pushbutton.You can export the list of buckets to Microsoft Excel, or create a print version of the list as a PDF document.
Bucket Structure
You can view the buckets in the portfolio or classification hierarchy in a hierarchical format.
You can open the

, you can create a new bucket directly beneath the portfolio, or a classification hierarchy or bucket.

You can view the most important data of the buckets and the hierarchy displayed as a graphic.
You can open the
