Function documentationDashboard in Portfolio and Project Administration

 

You use this function to get an overview of all existing objects in the respective dashboard that you called up via the work center.

In the dashboard, you can view relevant key data for the objects, as follows:

  • To display the object overview or details, you click the object name.

  • You can filter and select objects that you want to delete.

  • You can create a new object.

A dashboard that you call up via the object details is an embedded dashboard. For more information, see Embedded Dashboard.

The following dashboards are available in the portfolio and project administration context:

  • Portfolios

  • Portfolio Structure

  • Portfolio Management Templates

  • Project Management Templates

  • Project User Groups

  • Resource Management

Prerequisites
