The task execution user interface (task execution UI) is part of the process desk. It provides information and functions about the task and the process. It provides a user interface to complete the task.

Task title

In addition to the task title, the following task details are given: start date and time, owner, status, priority, and the process that includes the task.

Actions menu

The Actions menu provides two actions on tasks - delegate and put back.

View menu

The View menu enables you to open:

  • Attachments pane – shows all attached documents with some details about the attachments: file size, file type, upload date, and who added the attachment to the task.

  • Notes pane – shows all note texts

  • Task Team list – shows all contributors to the task

Application pane

This pane contains the application in which you need to perform the task, such as an application to create a change request.
