Use

List variants define which columns are displayed in the pricing table for sales price calculations.

Prerequisites

You can define the list variants you want to use in Customizing for Pricing.

Features

The table columns in the pricing table are divided between a fixed part and a variable part. The fixed part is always visible during horizontal scrolling.

The list group and the Fixed part parameter for the list variant define which list fields are displayed in the fixed part. You can use this parameter to define that the pricing unit or the article description (list group B) be displayed in the pricing table.

In order to create the variable part of the pricing table, you need to assign the required list fields to the list variant. The sequence of the list fields is determined by the column number.

Note

A list of the possible fields as predefined by SAP is available in the input help for the list field.

The standard list variant supplied (01) includes the following fields calculated during pricing:

Activities

In the selection screen for sales price calculations, select the list variant required.

Note

Later, if you wish, you can change this list variant interactively in the screen containing the pricing table: To do this, select Settings ® Display

Default values for the list variant can be defined in Customizing (under market-basket pricing type or promotion type) for functions that call the sales price calculation function, such as the market-basket price calculation function or the retail promotions function.
