Object documentation Final Prices Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Definition

The final price is the price to be paid by the customer. In calculations for consumers (store distribution chains), the final price includes tax. In calculations for transfer prices for supplying organizational units (distribution center distribution chains) and for wholesale (wholesale distribution chains), the final price does not include tax.

Use

In sales price determination, the final price is taken from the Sales price (gross) or Sales price (net) list field, depending on the distribution chain type. If price point rounding is defined, the adopted price is also rounded to a price point.

In the pricing table the final price is displayed in the ENDPR list field in the sales currency.

Note

To define the sales currency, you use the currency default indicator for the ENDPR list field under Control Data for Pricing Table and Data Backup in Customizing for Pricing. You can use the local currency or the pricing currency as the sales currency.

Note

This means that, despite settings for rounding to price points being made, you can still define sales prices that are not rounded by making the required changes in the Final price list field of the pricing table. In contrast to changes made in the Sales price (gross, net) list field, changes to the Final price list field can no longer be rounded to price points.

Saving the sales price always takes place via the ENDPR list field. For this reason, you must define backup for this list field under Control Data for Pricing Table and Data Backup in Customizing.
