Use

The following table describes the features you can configure in the Features tab under Start of the navigation path Workspace Administration Next navigation step Configuration End of the navigation path.

Module Options properties

Configure module runtime properties, such as:

  • Enable maximizing modules by adding a maximize/restore button to every module

  • Specify whether to collapse all the modules in a workspace when dragging a new module to the workspace, or dragging a module in the workspace

Module Options for Mobile Devices properties

Configure module runtime properties for mobile devices (iPads), such as whether to display modules in compact view when the layout column is narrow.

Workspace Options properties

Configure workspace runtime properties, such as:

  • Specify whether to apply desktop filtering to workspaces. When set to true, you can assign filter ID values to a workspace template, to filter the template and any workspaces created from it, according to the desktop currently in use.

  • Specify whether to show the Workspace Directory button, which navigates to the Workspace Directory, in the tabstrip of all workspaces.

Search Workspaces

Configure properties related to searching workspaces, such as whether to enable delta indexing. Delta indexing applies only to changes made to workspaces since the last indexing operation, as opposed to indexing all the workspaces.

Workspace Quota properties

Configure the use of the workspace quota feature, which calculates and monitors the disk space used by workspaces.

Search for Groups properties

Enable searching for groups, in addition to searching for users, in workspace user management. For more information, see Enabling Searching for Groups.

Enable display of photographs of enterprise workspaces users within different workspace UI elements.
