Providing Help Center Content Centrally
If you are a process expert with the corresponding authorization, you can manage Help Center content centrally and for all applications in a separate application. This includes the following tasks:
Cleaning up notes
You can delete the notes of locked or deleted users. Since notes are user-specific, you do not have access to the content of the notes.
Creating and managing frequently asked questions and links
In the central administration function, you use the same editing functions as in the Help Center. In local administration, the content in the Help Center is implicitly assigned to the respective application (or all applications); in central administration you can define the assignment of content to applications explicitly. You can also assign links to transport requests if, for example, you want to transport content prepared in the consolidation system to the productive system.
You have launched the central administration of Help Center content and used search criteria to call a worklist.
More information: Launching Central Administration of Help Center Content
Using your worklist (the results list of your search), work through the entries and add new ones if necessary. You have the following options:
Clean up users' notes

Manage the frequently asked questions about SAP applications

Manage the application-specific links that are saved in the Worth Knowing and Learning Content sections of the Help Center
More information:
If you are using the repository of the Solution Manager system for Help Center content, edit the files from the results list of the worklist.

To make links to frequently asked questions, files, or Web pages available in other systems, assign them to transport requests.
