Help Center notes are saved in the database of the SAP system. Since these notes are application- and user-specific, there can be a lot of them. It is useful, therefore, to clear unused notes from the database on a regular basis.

Prerequisites

You are in the application for the central administration of Help Center content and have selected the Notes category.

Procedure

Deleting Notes of All Locked or Deleted Users

We recommend selecting all notes in the worklist for this function.

End of the recommendation.

  1. Choose   Select Notes of Locked Users   or   Select Notes of Deleted Users  .

  2. Choose   Delete Selected Notes  .

Deleting Individual Notes

We recommend restricting the worklist for this function. For example, you can select all notes of an application or a user.

  1. Select the notes you want to delete in the list.

  2. Choose   Delete Selected Notes  .
