Transporting Links to Help Center Content 
The application for managing Help Center content centrally enables you to transport frequently asked questions and links within your system landscape. This enables you to prepare the Help Center content in a test or consolidation system and transport it to the productive system.
Note
If automatic recording of changes is deactivated in the Transport Organizer of the current client, the central administration of Help Center content does not provide a transport function for links. In this case, the system issues a corresponding message.
You are in the application for the central administration of Help Center content.

In the worklist you have selected, select the entries to be transported.
Choose
(Transport Links).
Assign the entry to a transport request.
Once the transport request has been released in the transport system, the links can be transported to other systems.
Note
If the search function is activated in the target system, you must restart indexing of the affected object types after the links have been imported.
