Input Help
You can use the input help to create and edit objects. The input help assists you when entering field values. You can display and select the available input values in a list.
If an input help is
available for an input field, the
icon
is displayed at the right-hand edge of the input field. To call the input
help, click the icon.
The input help assists you when selecting the following objects and elements:
· Objects from the Integration Repository
· Software components (software component versions), product versions, namespaces, and business systems from the System Landscape Directory (SLD)

· Objects from the Integration Directory
(Part) masking of input fields is supported.

For example, by entering Acc* for the interface name, you restrict the selection to all interfaces whose names begin with the string Acc. The selection conditions are displayed in the frame Search Criteria in the Select Interfaces dialog.

The value selection depends on the context in which you call the input help.

If you call the input help for message types in the Edit Message Interface editor, the software component version of the message interface is predefined.
