The Job Monitor UI gives you an overview of job statuses (Running, Scheduled or Stopped) and whether there are any issues in the data upload.

If you have stopped a job to be able to resolve issues, you must restart it manually by using Data Upload Work Center UI - Status Overview: Jobs.

Select a job which you want to start or stop or for which you want to see logged messages.
