Administrative Tasks Job Locate this document in the navigation structure

 

The administrative tasks job ensures that an error in a process chain that is running is propagated to its calling step. This is essential in case a process chain fails and does not update the step status.

This job also moves files from the Process folder to the Archive folder for data deliveries that have the status Completed or Canceled.

The data delivery instance is marked for archiving by this job, if the following conditions are met:

  • Delivery instance has a final status (Canceled, Completed)

  • The associated files are moved to the Archive folder.
