· The document statusallows you to edit the PLM document.
· The Business Workplace indicator is not set.

1. Decide which document status you want the PLM document to have.
If a standard document status is specified in Customizing of the event type, you have no selection options.
2. You can change the validity start and end dates of the PLM document, provided the document status permits it.

If you have changed the start date and want the PLM document to be valid as long as is planned in the Customizing settings for the event type, choose Calculate End Date.
The system calculates the validity end date by adding the length of the PLM document’s validity period to the start date. The length of the validity period is defined in the Account Management (FS AM) Customizing settings by choosing Posting Lock Management ® Basic Settings ® Define Event Type and specifying days, months and years.
3. If the PLM document to be edited has document category Account, you can choose Business Partners for Account and display all business partners for the corresponding account.
4. If you wish, enter a comment on the PLM document on the lower part of the tab page.
5. Save your entries or change to another tab page.
