Search for an employee

® Search

You can search for an employee by entering the search criteria, and choosing Search.

The employee records appear on the Employee List tile.

You can view the details of an employee by performing any one of the following:

  • On the Employee List tile, select the hyperlink in the Name column.

The Employee/Details tile set appears with the selected employee’s details.

  • Choose the employee in the column at the far left. On the navigation bar, choose Employees ® Details.

The Employee/Details tile set appears with the selected employee’s details.

Change the details of an employee

Maintain sales area information of an employee

Maintain settings for an employee

Based on the customer requirements, you can customize the Settings tile.

During customization of the Mobile Sales System, if you have set the sales document type as Order then, each time you create a sales document, the record defaults to the sales document type Order.

View employee calendar details

® Settings ® Employee Calendar Details

You can view the employees working and non-working time-range.

Currently, the Calendar Template is only used in the Mobile Service application.

If you do not maintain a calendar template for a service employee, then the system defaults the employees:

  • Working hours to 9:00 A.M - 6:00 P.M
  • Working days to Monday - Friday

You can assign only one calendar template to an employee.

Maintain your profile and password

View the employee hierarchy

® Employee Hierarchy

You can only view the employee hierarchy in a tree structure. This displays the reporting structure of employees in a sales or service organization.

Send e-mails to employees

® E- Mail Generation

Search for employees using the search function.

To send a common mail to a list of employees:

  1. Choose the required employees in the column at the far left.
  2. Choose the Send pushbutton.

You can use this function only if you have maintained the e-mail address of the employee in the respective employee record in CRM Online.

View employee territory details

® Territories

You can view the selected employee’s territory details and business partners assigned to the territory.

A territory is a geographical location or a region used to identify the work area of an employee. For more information, see Structure linkTerritory Management.

Employee territory details are maintained in the Mobile System Maintenance application. For more information, see Assigning Employees and Business Partners to a Territory
