Maintaining Employee Details Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Prerequisites

You have created employee records in CRM Online and have downloaded the records to the mobile client.

Procedure

  1. Select the employee for whom you want to modify the employee details using Employees ® Search.
    1. On the Search tile, enter the search criteria, and choose Search. The employee records appear on the Employee List tile.
    2. On the Employee List tile, choose the employee in the column at the far left.
  1. On the navigation bar, choose Employees ® Details.

The Employees/Details tile set appears.

  1. Choose the Employee tile and enter the required details:

Note

Fields such as Partner No., Title, Name, Gender, Marital Status, and so on contain values downloaded from CRM Online and are not editable. The editable fields are mentioned in the table below.

Logical Address

Address used in the identification number of a sales or service document created in the Mobile Sales System or the Mobile Service application

Req.

You can change the logical address for an employee.

Each employee can only have one logical address. You may change the logical address at any point of time.

The sales or service document considers the latest logical address defined for an employee.

Calendar Template

Template for a calendar

Opt.

Choose the choice field and select a calendar template from the Calendar Header Template dialog box.

The calendar template displays the organization’s working and non-working days and hours.

Active

Flag for the partner

Optional

Choose the checkbox.

Indicates if the partner is active or not. For example, the partner might be temporarily transferred to another department.
