Creating, Changing or Deleting Sites
You create sites in order to define the local datasets of the replication that correspond to them. In addition, you can then assign sites to an organization.
You must have selected the object type Sites in the Object type selection list.
Proceed as follows:
...
1. To create a new site, choose the Object ® Create function from the application menu, or the corresponding icon from the application toolbar.
2. Enter a unique name for the site in the Object information area, describe the site (optional) and select Site type. To select the attributes appropriate to your site type, choose Site attributes. These are, for example:
¡ The connection group and the transfer group for data exchange with a mobile site.
¡ The required RFC destination for an R/3 site; to call up the relevant values, choose Get Values.
If you have selected an existing site in the navigation window in order to change it, all this data is already displayed. You can now change the name and the description of the site. Depending on the site type, you can also change the attributes, if required.

site you have just created and choose the Subscriptions tab page in the Dependent information subarea and then the

If the subscription is based on a publication of the type simple bulk or simple intelligent, the site will not contain any data if the assignment is cancelled. The data is supplied again when a new assignment is made. The data that has accrued for the site in the meantime is lost and cannot be reconstructed by the CRM middleware.
Using Indirect Assignment you can make newly assigned subscriptions available also to other sites within your organizational structure. You can also remove subscriptions whose assignment you have deleted, from other sites within your organizational structure.
