Create
Delete
Activate

Calculate
In transaction PFCG, you have defined authorization objects F_BOEW_FCT
, F_BOEW_ACT
and F_BOEW_ORG
for early withdrawal and generated the profiles.
You have processed the relevant activities in Customizing for Account Management (FS-AM):
For more information, see the Customizing Settings for Early Withdrawal.
On the SAP Easy Access
screen, under , you have defined the required data. For more information, see Current Settings for Early Withdrawal.
Note
The system uses BDT Customizing for early withdrawal. On the SAP Easy Access
screen, choose .
From the SAP Easy Access
screen, choose .
On the initial screen you can choose the following functions:
Create Order
Choose Create
or Show New Creation Area
. Enter the data for creating an order. When you save the order, the system automatically creates an order number.
On the Early Withdrawal
tab page in the Account
area, the system displays the bank account details of the time deposit account.
Withdrawal category
In the Early Withdrawal
area, you use the withdrawal category to specify whether the system creates a partial or a full withdrawal:
Partial early withdrawal
Use the Withdrawal Category
to select the net withdrawal amount or the gross withdrawal amount.
Full early withdrawal
Use the Withdrawal Category
to specify whether the system is to close the account for the full withdrawal. You cannot enter any values in the Gross Withdrawal Amount
or Net Withdrawal Amount
fields.
Execution date
Specify an execution date on which the system executes and posts the early withdrawal. To execute an immediate withdrawal, select the Immediate Execution
checkbox. The execution date must be the same as today's date. To schedule the withdrawal for a later time, do not select the Immediate Execution
checkbox. The execution date must on or after today's date.
Value date
Specify a value date on which the system executes the early withdrawal, and makes a value date-based posting of it.
If you select the Value Date Derived from Execution Date
checkbox, the system derives the value date from the execution date automatically.
Administration Charge
and Early Withdrawal Penalty
The system automatically calculates administration charge and early withdrawal penalty using the corresponding condition type in the contract. The system displays this data for your information.
Note
If you use your won BAdI implementation of the BAdI: Calculation of the Early Withdrawal Penalty
the system can calculate the early withdrawal penalty in a different way.
You can waive both the charges by selecting the Waive Administration Charge
and Waive Early Withdrawal Penalty
checkboxes.
No disbursement
If you select the checkbox, the system does not pay the withdrawal amount to the customer, meaning the amount remains on the time deposit account. However, this does not affect the calculation of the early withdrawal penalty or the administration charge.
Origin
You can differentiate the calculation of the condition type Administration Charge
according to origin.
Note
In the Customizing activity Define Order Origin
, you define the origin such as Branch
or Online
.
Correspondence
If you select the Create Correspondence
checkbox, the system generates the corresponding correspondence automatically when you execute the early withdrawal, using correspondence type BA65
.
On the Payment Advice
tab page, you specify how the system is to disburse the net withdrawal amount to the customer:
Choose Create Payment Advice
.
Select a process result type.
The percentage of the amount is predefined as 100%. The system transfers the total net withdrawal amount to the counterparty.
In the Credit
group box, you define the Payment Advice Type
. You use this to control whether the system disburses the net withdrawal amount to the customer in cash (by using an internal cash account at the bank), or transfers it directly to a customer account. Select a counterparty that you defined with the Create Counterparty
button.

. You do not execute an activated withdrawal until you run the report Execute Due Early Withdrawal
