An Account Management (FS-AM) release object used by the system to identify whether the editing of an early withdrawal by a user is subject to release. If the editing of the order does need to be released, the system generates release object OR_EWD as a work item, which can be released by a supervisor in the Business Workplace.

Customizing

You make the settings for release object OR_EWD(Early Withdrawal) and its release attributes in Customizing for Account Management (FS-AM) by choosing Start of the navigation path Order Management Next navigation step Early Withdrawal Next navigation step Release End of the navigation path in the following Customizing activities:

  • Assign Release Procedure to Release Object

  • Assign Rules to Release Steps

  • Assign Release Procedure to Release Procedure WF

Transaction BCA_OR_EWD Early Withdrawal

The system checks whether the dialog processing of the edited order is subject to release, and generates a work item for each release-relevant order. If an order is no longer subject to release after processing, the system deletes the associated work item.

    In Account Management (FS-AM), the following early withdrawal operations are available as values for the Customizing settings for release object OR_EWD(Early Withdrawal):

    • Activate (0100)

    • Deactivate (0110)

Methods of the Release Object in the Business Workplace.

You can edit release object OR_EWD as a work item in the Business Workplace. The methods can affect the order status of the early withdrawal. For more information, see Order Status of Early Withdrawal.

  • Display

    This method functions in the same way as the method of the same name in the Structure section under Early Withdrawal.

  • Change

    This method functions in the same way as the method of the same name in the Structure section under Early Withdrawal.

    The system checks the changed order, and generates a new work item if applicable and/or deletes the existing work item.
