Procedure documentationEditing the Set of Rules Tab Page

On Set of Rules tab page, you define the properties that an individual condition based on the standard condition is to have.

In the condition set of rules you define the scope of the permitted changes. You define a standard condition for individual fields, which controls how editing of the individual condition is to be executed. The system passes the characteristics of a field in a standard condition to the corresponding field in the individual condition. You can change these characteristics, if allowed, when you edit the individual condition.

For more information about the condition set of rules, see Condition Set of Rules.

Prerequisites

  1. You have created a standard condition with header data. This standard condition must have a currency.

For more information, see Editing Conditions in Creating Conditions. On the Set of Rules tab page, you can edit data for standard conditions only.

  2. You can select the checkboxes for the replacement categories Absolute Markup and Relative Markup only in conditions for which these replacement categories are permitted by the amount category.

For more information about amount categories, see Amount Category.

  3. The system displays the condition details screen area on the Set of Rules tab page. For more information about the screen layout and the screen areas in condition editing, see Editing Conditions under Scope of Functions.

Procedure

  1. Choose the replacement categories you want to permit and select the relevant checkbox in the Permitted Replacement Categories group box.

  2. Create rules in the Set of Rules group box.

  3. Edit the settings for each field.
