Function documentationDisplay of Cash Pooling Runs

You use this function to display the results of a cash pooling run for a master contract.

On the initial screen of the transaction, specify the number of one or more master contracts for which you want to display a cash pooling run.

You are provided with the number of the cash pooling agreement and the execution date of the cash pooling as additional selection criteria.

Prerequisites

Effective cash pooling has been executed for the master contract (individual or mass processing).

Features

The system lists the agreements that it processed during the cash pooling run for the selected master contract.

The system lists the postings on all participant accounts for each agreement (subaccounts and main account).

You have the following navigation options:

  • To show or hide the account key figures of the participant accounts, choose Without Quick Info (Without Quick Info) to the left of the agreement.

The system displays the key figures for each account in this agreement in the middle of the screen.

  • To show or hide the posting details for the accounts, choose Without Quick Info (Without Quick Info) next to the subaccount, or Without Quick Info (Without Quick Info) next to the main account.

The system displays the postings on the main and subaccount for the selected account on the lower part of the screen. This information includes the value dates, amounts, and currencies.

  • If you choose Individual Evaluation (Individual Evaluation), the system lists the clearing runs for the selected main master contract of the participating contract for each cash pooling rule. You can track the postings that the system creates and for which rules (symbol Without Quick Info (Without Quick Info)) and which postings are deleted by a subsequent rule (Symbol Without Quick Info (Without Quick Info)) and which postings are changed (symbol Without Quick Info (Without Quick Info)). The system displays all of the agreement rules, regardless of whether they were used in this run, so regardless of whether they recalculated, changed, or deleted a posting. The system displays the rules in the sequence that it processed them, whereby it displays all the value date-based rules and then the non-value date-based rules.

    Note Note

The individual evaluation shows the current status of the main master contract. The data of the cash pooling run, therefore, does not need to match the data of the individual evaluation. If there are rule changes for a participant contract after the cash run, for example, a new rule has been added, then the status is shown here after those changes.

You can, therefore, also use this function for testing rule behavior.

    End of the note.

Activities

  1. Specify the external identification of the master contract.

  2. You can also restrict agreements and execution dates.

  3. Choose Execute.
