Managing Portal Tenants 

Use

The portal provides a central administration interface, the Tenant Management tool, in which you can manage all tenants, such as viewing, creating, editing, and enabling/disabling portal tenants.

 

Activities

·        To launch the Tenant Management screen, navigate to System Administration ® Multitenant Portal in the portal.

The tenants that have already been created are listed in the Tenants area of the Tenant Management screen. The Tenants area also displays the property values for each tenant connected to a valid SAPsystem.

·        Each area in the Tenant Management screen provides a specific set of functions:

Area	Description
Tenants	Here you can: ·        View the portal tenants defined in your portal. See Viewing Portal Tenants. ·        Search for portal tenants. See Viewing Portal Tenants. ·        Enable or disable a tenant’s access to the multitenant portal. See Enabling and Disabling Portal Tenants.
Portal Tenant Systems	Search for and display portal tenant systems created from the Portal Tenant System template. For more information, see Creating a Portal Tenant.
Create/Edit Tenant	Here you can: ·        Create a portal tenant. See Creating a Portal Tenant. ·        Modify the values of an existing portal tenant. See Editing Portal Tenants.
