View portal tenants

In the portal, navigate to System Administration ® Multitenant Portal. The Tenant Management screen is displayed.

The tenants and their properties are listed in the table in the Tenants area.

·        For a description of the remaining properties, see Creating a Portal Tenant.

Search for portal tenants

If you cannot find the portal tenant listed in the Tenants area, do the following:

       1.      In the Tenants area of the Tenant Management screen, enter the full or partial name of a tenant you looking for.

§         The search string is case sensitive.

§         You can use a wildcard character (*), if needed. For example, enter Pharmacy* to display all systems beginning with Pharmacy.

§         To display all tenants defined in the portal, enter only *.

       2.      Click Search. The results of your search are displayed in the Tenants area.
