Enabling and Disabling Portal Tenants

Use

In the Tenant Management tool, you can instantaneously prevent a tenant from accessing the portal, without deleting the tenant.

 

Prerequisites

You are logged on to the portal as a system administrator.

 

Procedure

       1.      In the portal, navigate to System Administration ® Multitenant Portal. The Tenant Management screen is displayed.

       2.      In the Tenants area, select the tenant.

       3.      Click either Enable or Disable above the list of tenants.

The status of the tenant is displayed in the Tenants area in the Status column.
