Use
When creating and processing RFQs and quotations, you can enter data in the AFS system at SKU level. Special AFS functions are also available for you to use. SKU values can be copied from a reference object and from grid control data (
purchase grid).Features
The processing of data at SKU level in RFQs and quotations essentially corresponds to the procedure in all
purchasing documents.
you come to the SKU Overview screen from the item overview. Here you can specify RFQ and quotation quantities, the stock category, and the delivery date for each SKU. In addition, the system displays the schedule line number, the delivery completed indicator, quantities already received, and the additional material number.

If you have assigned a vendor before processing the SKU data of the RFQ, default values for the underdelivery and overdelivery tolerances as well as the UCC and EAN/UPC numbers will be copied from the purchasing info record to the detail view. The system also displays in the detail view the reference document, the quantity of goods received, the quantity issued, and the delivered quantity from stock transfers.

In the AFS standard system it is possible at material level but not at SKU level to execute a price comparison list for the evaluation of the quotations received.
