Selecting Methods for Entering Data

There are several methods for outputting texts, data, or graphics on report templates. According to the method you have selected, choose the Insert Phrase or Insert Symbol function.

Caution

Some of the symbol names for phrases can be called using method B (phrase text, phrase comment). Do not, however, replace method A with method B because only method A offers an additional phrase text search and inserts symbols of the type Phrase/Description completely in the report template.

Prerequisites

You or your system administrator must have generated the symbol keys.
