Entering content frameProcedure documentation Generating Symbols Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

  1. In the Product Safety menu, choose Tools ® Match up master data.

    2. The EHS: Match Up Master Data screen appears.

  2. Choose Generate symbols and then choose Execute.

Note

When generating symbols, the system takes all table fields into account that have been entered in the IMG activity Specify R/3 Tables for Report Symbol Generation in Customizing for Product Safety.

The system displays a result message after it has completed the program.

Note

Choose Program ® Execute in background to display the Background Print Parameters dialog box. Use this dialog box to specify your print parameters. Now choose Save. The system schedules the print job and prints the results of the job after its completion. In the meantime, you can continue working in the system.
