Procedure

You want to create the document template header.

On the Product Safety screen, choose Reports ® Edit templates ® Report template or Cover sheet template or Template for acknowledgement of receipt ® This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

From the document template hit list, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

You want to edit the template header.

From the hit list or the description, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

The document template header appears.

Note

You can copy data from an existing document template. See Copying Document Templates
  1. Enter data as required. Note the following when creating new document template headers:

    Template

    Enter a key for the template.

    /version

    The SAP System has entered the version 00. If you have already used a document key, you cannot save until you have set the version to a higher number.

    Description

    Enter a text of your choice. You can edit this text even after you have saved it.

  2. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text and then This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

Result

You can now enter the descriptions for the document template or start WWI.
