  1. From the document template header or from the hit list, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

    2. The Edit Report Template: Description screen appears.

  2. Enter the descriptions in the required languages.

    3. Note

    You can edit the description in the source language in the document template header or on the Edit Report Template: Description screen.

  3. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text and then This graphic is explained in the accompanying text .
